Order and Payment Options
Order Online
Don’t shop till you drop…go SURFING instead! Begin by browsing our extensive
collection of Seminole merchandise. When you see something you like, click
the “ADD TO CART” button. This will take you to your shopping cart to see
the item you just ordered. Click “CONTINUE SHOPPING” and you will be taken
back to the merchandise pages. You may add or remove any items from the cart
at any time prior to checking out. Once you have made your selections,
completed all billing and shipping information and made a payment selection,
click “SUBMIT ORDER”. At this time, you will be given a reference number to
confirm the order. If you choose to pay by sending a check, money order or
gift certificate, your order WILL NOT be processed until receipt of payment.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You can safely
enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all
submitted information. Our retail system is based on SSL 120 bit encryption
standard. As long as you use an SSL-compliant browser such as Netscape’s
Navigator or Microsoft’s Explorer, you will be able to conduct end-to-end
encrypted transactions without fear of anyone obtaining your credit card
information. Gift Certificates
Having trouble choosing the right gift? Send a Garnet & Gold Gift
Certificate. We will send it via First Class mail in a special gift package
that includes a copy of our current catalog and a brief personal message.
Gift Certificates may be used for catalog mail orders or in any of our
retail stores. There is no shipping charge for this item.
Shipping
We know how excited you are to receive your order and we
will do everything to get it to you as quickly as possible. All orders will
be processed for fulfillment within 72 hours of order receipt. In-stock
merchandise will be shipped to arrive within 8-10 business days.
Unfortunately, some orders may be shipped incomplete because items may be
temporarily out of stock. Every effort is made to prevent this sort of delay
and we apologize for any inconvenience. You will be notified of any
backordered items and these items will be shipped immediately once
replenished. Credit card orders will not be charged until items are shipped.
Shipping and Handling is charged one time, up front for the entire order.
You will not be charged additional shipping for backordered items.
We offer UPS Ground in the U.S. as our main shipping method. All orders are
shipped at a fixed rate based on the total cost of the items. UPS 2nd Day
and UPS Next Air services are available to most destinations for an
additional charge. Please note in the “SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS” section when
checking out to upgrade shipping services to ensure a required delivery
date. We will calculate the exact shipping charge and a Customer Service
Representative will contact you to let you know any additional costs before
shipping the package(s).
When shipping to an International location, please note that the delivery
time will be extended and the price of shipping will vary. There are some
International destinations we cannot ship to. A Customer Service
Representative will attempt to contact you to let you know delivery
availability and any additional costs before shipping the package(s).
Please note that a shipping surcharge applies to certain items that exceed
standard size and weight measurements. We have noted these additional
charges in the descriptions for these items.

Tracking Order
You will receive an email when your order has shipped. At that time, you
will receive a UPS tracking number for your order. You can use this number
to track the package(s) online at
http://www.ups.com while en route to its
final destination. If it is easier for you, please feel free to contact us
and a Customer Service Representative will be happy to help you check on the
status of your order.
In Store Pick Up
Traveling to Tallahassee? Pick up your online purchase at any of our retail locations. When placing your order, simply let us know which store you would like the order delivered in the “SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS” section. There is no shipping charge for this option.
Size Chart
How do I figure out what size I will need for apparel items? Use the size
chart below for an estimate of size conversions. Please note the Nike
products do tend to be oversized.

Return Policy
We unconditionally guarantee all merchandise we sell. If you are not
completely satisfied with your order we will gladly exchange or refund any
item within 30 days of the purchase date provided it is in the original
condition. We cannot accept for return any item that shows signs of wear,
except in cases of manufacturer’s defects. We can only refund shipping costs
if the return is a result of our error. Please note that shipping charges
are not refundable and return freight must be prepaid.
Just follow these steps:
1. Simply fill out the enclosed Return Form from your package contents or on
a copy of your invoice include the following information:

Brief reason for return
2. Enclose this form with your returned items. Securely wrap the package and

For your protection, return the product insured via United Parcel
Service(UPS) or U.S. Mail. Purchaser is responsible for additional shipping
charges on exchanges and returns. Please do not send items C.O.D., they will
not be accepted.
3. Upon receipt of package, per your instructions we will promptly exchange
the item or issue a refund by original method of payment.
Sales Tax
7.5% sales tax will be charged only on orders shipped within the state of
Florida.
